Do I need to create an account before I can get support?
No. VedicChart does not require an account to calculate a chart or to request help. Include the topic (for example, Place correction, Time-zone / DST question, Chart result question, Bug report, Partnership) and, where relevant, the birth details or place you used so we can reproduce the issue.
Can you review my full chart by email?
We can answer calculation questions, explain what a result means in the context of the guide, and investigate suspected placement errors. We do not provide a substitute for a full professional consultation, and we do not offer medical, financial, or legal advice. Complex synthesis questions are best explored in the guides and reading flow on the site.
How do I report a wrong birthplace or time-zone result?
Send the exact search text you typed, the place you selected, the birth date and local time you used, and the time zone you expected. If you have a birth certificate time, note that and whether daylight saving was in effect that day. That detail lets us check the historical zone record directly.
How does VedicChart handle data I send by email?
